To complement its renovations, Montpelier Plantation & Beach unveils its own collection of homemade spirits, showcased at Indigo’s expanded bar area. The collection infuses spirits with locally grown products; current offerings include cucumber gin, pineapple rum and passion fruit vodka, with more to come soon. Ordered in 7 and 12 ounce bottles, the custom-made spirits collection allows guests to truly savor the spirit of Nevis. In addition to its new private collection, Montpelier’s superb compilation of spirits features a selection of 45 rums and wine list with 160 labels for a total of 4,000 bottles, the largest wine cellar on the island. Not enough? Head over to the resort’s Indigo Bar for one of their featured mixology masterpieces. The Jellytini (pictured above) mixes fresh coconut “jelly” and two different kinds of rum…Enjoy!
