To complement its renovations, Montpelier Plantation & Beach unveils its own collection of homemade spirits, showcased at Indigo’s expanded bar area. The collection infuses spirits with locally grown products; current offerings include cucumber gin, pineapple rum and passion fruit vodka, with more to come soon. Ordered in 7 and 12 ounce bottles, the custom-made spirits collection allows guests to truly savor the spirit of Nevis. In addition to its new private collection, Montpelier’s superb compilation of spirits features a selection of 45 rums and wine list with 160 labels for a total of 4,000 bottles, the largest wine cellar on the island.
